100% polyester football jersey inspired by The Boiler Room Dweller, Mankind. Foley arrived in the WWF in 1996 with a new gimmick: Mankind, a tortured soul who constantly squealed, shrieked "Mommy!", spoke to a rat, enjoyed pain, wore a mask and lived in boiler rooms. While using this dark and deranged version of the gimmick, Mankind would begin rising to main event status through an Undertaker feud and a Hell in a Cell match that is one of the most famous matches in professional wrestling history. However, in 1998, Foley decided to make the character more comedic which gave birth to Mr. Socko. He then feuded with The Rock to win the WWF Championship before they amended their relationship and formed the comedic duo, The Rock'n'Sock Connection.
